Passau is part of of an international network of seven law schools that jointly organizes a summer program in Malaysia every year. The event is hosted by Monash University Faculty of Law in Kuala Lumpur. Topics covered include corporate governance, international human rights protection, Asian legal systems, Islamic law, comparative constitutional law, privacy and surveillance, and the external relations of the European Union. Participants from Passau can enroll free of tuition.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Monash University has made the difficult decision to cancel the Law Malaysia Program for this year only. We understand that this will be disappointing, however our duty of care to the staff and students of all our universities is at the heart of our decision.

The Monash Law Prato Program runs each year starting immediately after Easter and finishing at the end of June. Course offerings cover a wide range of subjects including international criminal law, refugee law and practice, IP, human rights and EU Law. Participants from Passau can enroll free of tuition.
